PSN - Last Day to Utilize PSN for Payments
IMPORTANT - Last Day to make a Payment using PSN:
Just a reminder that effective Sunday, August 10, 2025, the District will no longer be using PSN as its Credit Card/E-Check Provider.
If you have set yourself up for automatic payments, please make sure to sign into PSN and remove all of your information.
If you had Thermalito Water and Sewer District sign you up, we will be transitioning your account over to our new Credit Card/E-Check Provider.
Payment Fees for the new provider will be:
- Credit/Debit Card - 3.5% with a $2.95 minimum (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover)
- ACH - $2.50

PSN Bill Pay Service (Last day to Use - August 10, 2025)
When using this service you will need your Account Number located on your bill, your credit card or your checking account and routing numbers. PSN will charge a convenience fee for processing your payment.
Payments made by Credit Card or Checking Account will be assessed a convenience fee by PSN.
- 3.0% (+50¢ if payment is less than $100) for credit or debit card payments
- Additional fee for payments made by IVR $0.95
- $1.10 fee for checking account payments
