Payments are now received and posted to your account within 24 hours!

Steps to setting up an “online bill pay” account through your bank or financial institution:

• Sign In: Log in to your bank's website or mobile app.
• Navigate to Bill Pay: Look for a tab or menu item labeled "Bill Pay" or "Pay & Transfer".
• Add Payee: Enter the name (Thermalito Water & Sewer District), address (410 Grand Avenue, Oroville, CA 95965-4007), and account number (example 123456 – account number without periods)
• Schedule Payment Amount: Enter your payment amount. Payment amount will be posted to your account within 24 hours. 

If you schedule your payment on a weekend or holiday, payments can take up to 48 hours before posting to your account.
